VOICES OF DISTRICT 20
RECALL COUNCILMAN ROLLIN HORTON!
We the people of District 20 have not been asked or listened to! Rezone bills have been railroaded through, leaving our beloved neighborhoods and communities vulnerable to irreversible change. Rollin has ignored the neighbors he claims to represent, and must be recalled!

RECALL ROLLIN NOW!
LETTER TO METRO:
TO THE METROPOLITAN CLERK OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
We, the undersigned registered and qualified voters of Metropolitan Council District 20, pursuant to Article 15, Section 15.07 of the Metropolitan Charter, hereby demand a RECALL ELECTION for the removal of Council Member ROLLIN HORTON and the election of a successor to that office.

Removal is sought for the following reason(s):
-
For neglect of duty by failing to ensure adequate, timely, and transparent notification to residents regarding major zoning legislation Mr. Horton sponsored for The Nations neighborhood.

-
Mr. Horton actively dismissed significant community requests for a delay, choosing to advance the legislation despite widespread opposition and concern from the people Mr. Horton was elected to represent.

-
This deliberate refusal to engage with constituents on a matter of profound local impact constitutes a failure to honor the responsibilities of his office and has irrevocably broken the public's trust, leading to a loss of confidence in his leadership.
